Template of choice,I am using template 130 from Blissyfully Beth here. Thank you for the templates Beth,just awesome!
Mask of choice,I am using Vix_mask 301 here.

Open mask,minimize.
Open template/delete credit layer.
Layers/new raster layer/right click/arrange/send to bottom/flood fill white.
Highlight raster 1 layer/right click/new mask layer/from image/select mask/layers/merge/merge group/layers/duplicate/position both layers.
Highlight blue oval/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste tube of choice as a new layer/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect/dropshadow:
Vertical 4
Horizonal 4
Opacity 45
Blur 5
Reposition blueline,wordart and snowflakes where desired/same dropshadow.
Paste 2nd tube of choice/position/same dropshadow.
Add copyrights.
Add name.
Layers/merge/merge visible.
Image/resize all layers 24%.
Save.
