~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~
Dropshadow of choice.
Open a new 600x600 canvas.
Paste frame 2 as a new layer/resize 30%.
Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.
Paste paper 9 below frame/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.
Paste tube/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow.
Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow.
Paste snowflake 2 below merged layers/using pick tool/position to the left of the frame/layers/duplicate 5 times/position/dropshadow.
Paste/position/dropshadow following:
Pinecone/resize 60%
Bow 1/resize 50%
Train/resize 62%
Reindeer/resize 40%
Flower 1/resize 55%/layers/duplicate 1 time
Candy cane/resize 60%
Add copyrights.
Add name.
Layers/merge/merge visible.
Image/resize all layers 20%.
Save.
