Dropshadow of choice.

Open template/hit shiftD to duplicate/close orginal/highlight bottom raster layer/image/canvas size/change height to 550/delete credit layer.

First we will fill in template:

Mask/paper 1/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste into selection(edit)/deselect

Back/paper 3/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste into selection(edit)/deselect/dropshadow

Repeat on dots using paper 1

Using your magicwand/click on the white section of the frame/paste paper 5 into selection/deselect

Repeat on gray section with paper 1

Repeat on the black section using paper 2

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Sparkles/layers/duplicate 1 time

Flame 1

Skull chain 1/resize 40%

Stars 2/resize 80%

Bow 2/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize

Heart 1/resize

Tubes/resize 20%

　
Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 10%.

Save.
