Paste frame 4 as a new layer/resize 40%.

Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 12 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste close up/position/delete/deselect.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Ele 41/resize 30%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 39

Ele 36/resize 70%

Ele 25 /resize 50%/edit/repeat resize

Ele 35/resize 80%

Ele 20/resize 73%

Ele 19/resize 70%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 23/resize 85%

Ele 2/resize 85%

Ele 15/resize 75%

Paste paper 7 below all layers/apply mask.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 30%.

Save.
