**This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of PSP**

Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 2
Horizonal 2
Opacity 31
Blur 1

Canvas size:800x700

Paste frame 3 as a new layer/image/free rotate to the right 90 degrees/resize 12%.

Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 8 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down/dropshadow.

Paste frame 5 below merged layers/image/free rotate to the right 90 degrees/resize 35%/click inside all circles of frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Paste paper 1 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste mesh heart/position over two circles/delete/deselect/layers/duplicate mesh 1 time/position over remaining circles/dropshadow.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Beads/resize 25%/layers/duplicate 3 times

Hanging heart 1/resize 65%

Tag 1/resize 70%

Sparkles 3

Tube

Heart doodle 2/resize 40%

Paper butterfly/resize 83%/layers/duplicate 2 times

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 58%.

Save.
