**This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of PSP**

Dropshadow of choice.

Open template/hit shiftD to duplicate/close orginal/delete merged layer and raster 3 and copy 3 layers.

First we are going to fill in the template as follows/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste into selection/deselect/dropshadow:

Left and right grad circles/paper 4

Left and right white circles/paper 5

Shape/paper 1

Raster 2/leave as is

Gradrect/paper 2

Raster 1/paper 5

Rect/paper 3/do not deselect.

Paste tube as a new layer/resize 40%/position /selections/invert/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Hide bottom raster layer/layers/merge/merge visible/unhide layer.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Frame 2/resize 30%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Hearts/resize 25%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Button/resize 75%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Scrap/resize 77%

Tag/resize 60%

Frame 1/resize 60%

Sparkle/layers/duplicate 1 time

Poof/resize 80%

Flower 1/resize 80%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 38%.

Save.
